The Friends Again Experience

As some of you will know, there has been a girl of late that has really cheered me up no end. We couldn't really go out because of the situation we were both in, so we just acted like we were going out, but told everyone that we weren't. And I must say I was rather enjoying it.

But, as from today, we have decided that friends is all it can really be. It is for the best, of course, like it always is.

But I can't help but feel horribly empty and a bit alone again. No doubt it'll pass, like it always does.

To be fair, everything did seem to be going a little too well.
